Ashley is leading Frenova's Business Development, driving growth initiatives within Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) domains. With a career spanning since 2008 at Fresenius Kidney Care, she brings a wealth of experience as a results-oriented healthcare professional. Ashley Kangarloo, a results-oriented business development leader with deep expertise across the cardio-renal continuum of care, from CKD and hospital-based treatment through ESRD and home therapies. Ashley understands the clinical and financial complexities of this population. She leverages this perspective to build strategic research partnership for Frenova that helps sponsors maximize ROI, accelerate clinical development and generate evidence that can have meaningfully impact on patient outcomes and healthcare cost. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the Queens University- McColl School of Business, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Guilford College. Additionally, she holds certification as a ScrumMaster, adding agility and innovation to her approach.
