Leadership Team

Jennifer Delphia is Vice President of Portfolio Management & Operations for Emerging Businesses.  In that role Jennifer also provides leadership for Services & Operations at Frenova Renal Research and is the Executive Director for the My Reason renal research study.  She is a seasoned transformation leader with extensive experience in optimizing organizational performance.  Prior to joining Fresenius, Jennifer held various executive-level positions, including Vice President, Process Innovation & Transformation Leadership with Beacon Health Options and Vice President of Client Services at Neighborhood Diabetes.  Jennifer earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and received her MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business.
