Leadership Team

Martin Ahlijanian leads Frenova’s global contracts formation and administration activities. Following his graduation from the Catholic University of America with a Juris Doctor degree, Martin spent the next 30 years in various contracts, legal and compliance functions across both public and private sectors, serving in the U.S., Europe and Middle East. He has supported colleagues, customers and partners with transactions involving healthcare informatics, professional services, consulting, and processing. Martin has lead teams as large as 24 professionals, with a specific focus on colleagues’ professional development and engagement. As Frenova’s Senior Director, Contracts Administration, Martin is responsible for the effective creation and management of Frenova’s agreements and the employment of best practices and new technologies, including AI, to more efficiently close and deliver high value opportunities with the lowest possible risk for the organization.
