Leadership Team

Robin Surane is a Health Care Leader with over 30 years of experience.  As Frenova’s Executive Director of F1RST UP® Site Management Operations, she oversees the F1RST UP® program, site support staff and leads operational efforts to ensure orderly administration of clinical trials.  The F1RST UP® Site Management Operations team has focused on the US but has a clearly defined a goal to build out an international footprint too. Robin has a BSN in Nursing from Northwestern State University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has a background in hospital administration, transplant program administration, organ procurement administration as well as dialysis operations in both out-patient and hospital settings.
