Leadership Team

Soubhik Banerjee leads Frenova’s global sales and business development activities. Following his graduation in 2002 from Wayne State University with a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biotechnology, Soubhik spent the next 21 years in various functions across Asia and Europe within all phases of the drug development landscape from early phase pre-clinical services including safety/toxicology, pharmacology (PK/ADME, PD) & CMC through to clinical research services (Phase 1 to 4). Soubhik has lead teams ranging from sales and business development to general management with full P&L responsibilities. As Frenova’s head of global sales and business development, Soubhik is responsible for overseeing development and execution of global sales plan to increase the company’s market share.
